By accessing or using InduWatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
InduWatch is an industry intelligence tool that monitors publicly accessible websites, detects changes, and delivers AI-powered analysis via a web dashboard and email briefings. It also provides an industry intelligence feed powered by publicly available RSS news sources. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use InduWatch only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the service to scrape websites in violation of their terms of service where that violation would expose InduWatch to legal liability, to monitor personal or private individuals, or to engage in any activity that could harm InduWatch or its users.
4b. Web Scraping
InduWatch scrapes publicly accessible web pages on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that the pages you add comply with the target site's terms of service. InduWatch monitors only public pages and does not circumvent authentication beyond standard browser behavior (e.g. accepting cookie consent).
5. Payment Terms
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
6. Intellectual Property
InduWatch and its content are owned by us. The AI-generated analyses produced for your account are yours to use. You grant us the right to process the competitor URLs and page content you add in order to provide the service.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated analysis is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as business advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of scraped content or AI analysis.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InduWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
