2. Description of Service

InduWatch is a competitive intelligence tool that monitors publicly accessible competitor websites, detects changes, and delivers AI-powered analysis via a web dashboard and email briefings. The Service also provides an industry intelligence feed powered by publicly available RSS news sources. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or maintain more than one free account per person or entity. Notify us immediately at contact@induwatch.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use InduWatch only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Monitor private individuals, non-public pages, or personal data of any kind.
• Use the Service to harm, defame, harass, stalk, or illegally target any person or organisation.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any data or analysis produced by InduWatch.
• Attempt to circumvent authentication, access controls, or rate limits on any website — InduWatch only monitors publicly accessible pages.
• Use the Service in any way that could expose InduWatch or its users to legal liability.

5. Web Scraping Disclaimer

InduWatch scrapes publicly accessible web pages on your behalf using standard browser-based techniques. You are solely responsiblefor ensuring that the pages you add comply with applicable laws and the target website's own terms of service. InduWatch provides a technical tool; we do not provide legal advice. InduWatch does not circumvent authentication, paywalls, or security measures, and monitors only content accessible to the general public.

By adding a URL to InduWatch, you represent and warrant that you have a legitimate business reason for monitoring that URL and that your use does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

6. AI Analysis Disclaimer

AI-generated analysis produced by InduWatch is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute business, legal, financial, or investment advice. InduWatch makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on analysis provided by the Service.

7. Plans & Pricing

InduWatch offers a Free plan (up to 3 competitors, weekly digests) and a Pro plan(up to 15 competitors, daily or weekly digests, monthly reports — pricing available on the Pricing page). Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

8. Intellectual Property

InduWatch, its branding, and platform code are owned by us. The AI-generated analyses produced for your account are yours to use for your own business purposes. You grant InduWatch a limited licence to process the competitor URLs and page content you provide solely in order to deliver the Service to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scraped content will be accurate or complete. Competitor websites may block scraping at any time; we do not guarantee continuous monitoring of any specific URL.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InduWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to InduWatch in the three calendar months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium. If you are a consumer in the EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
